When I first learned to use Reiki , it really opened me to world of possibilities relating to Health and Well Being, and Spirit. I learned about Spiritual Energy or Univeral Energy and my own own Personal Energetic system, and I became more intune with my body . Learning how treat yourself and your Family and Pets was also a wonderful experience , and is a brilliant gift and skill to have .
